These Studio Services Terms apply to all services provided by Mango & Emerald Studio Services (“Provider,” “we,” “us”) and purchased by the client (“Client,” “you”). By submitting an intake form, approving a quote, making payment, or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
Mango & Emerald Studio Services provides digital services related to website indexing, crawlability, visibility setup, and related website support.
Services may include (depending on the purchased package):
Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in the Client’s approved quote and/or email scope summary. Any request outside the agreed scope will require a new quote.
All Studio Services are non-refundable. Because this is a digital service involving reserved time, research, implementation, and reporting, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment is submitted.
If a service outcome needs adjustment, our Corrections Policy (below) is the sole remedy in place of refunds.
If the Client identifies a scope-related issue, the Client must notify Provider in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
During this 7-business-day window, Provider will provide reasonable corrections at no additional cost, so long as the request falls within the original agreed scope.
Requests outside the original scope (new pages, new services, platform changes, expanded work, additional SEO tasks, etc.) will require a separate quote
Client acknowledges that search results depend on many factors outside Provider’s control, including but not limited to: algorithm changes, competition, site age, platform limitations, hosting, content quality, technical issues, and overall website structure.
Provider does not guarantee:
Provider’s obligation is limited to completing the agreed deliverables professionally and providing accurate reporting of completed work.
To ensure timely completion, Client agrees to:
If Client delays providing access, approvals, or required information, the project timeline may be delayed without penalty to Provider.
All client projects are confidential. Provider will not share:
In some cases, Provider may request permission to share anonymized proof of results (such as Search Console indexing or impressions trends). This is optional and will never include identifying details. Written permission is required.
Because services are non-refundable and delivered digitally, Client agrees to contact Provider first to resolve any billing concerns. Client agrees that any billing concerns must be submitted in writing to allow Provider the opportunity to resolve the issue before any dispute is filed.
By submitting payment, Client acknowledges:
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting Provider to resolve the issue may be treated as a breach of these terms.
Provider retains records of service delivery including intake forms, scope approvals, email communication, project documentation, and delivery confirmation, and will submit these records in response to any chargeback dispute.

These Studio Services Terms are effective as of January 2026 and may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to the Client’s services.
