These Website Build Terms apply to all website design and build services provided by Mango & Emerald Studio Services (“Provider,” “we,” “us”) and purchased by the client (“Client,” “you”). By submitting an intake form, approving a scope, paying an invoice, or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply specifically to Website Build Services and are separate from Studio Services Terms for indexing/visibility services.
Website Build Services may include (depending on the purchased package):
Exact deliverables, page count, and inclusions are defined in the Client’s approved quote or scope summary. Any request outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote.
Timelines are estimates and depend on Client responsiveness and delivery of required materials.
Project timelines begin only after BOTH are received:
Estimated timelines:
If the Client delays providing materials, feedback, approvals, or access, the timeline extends accordingly without penalty to Provider.
Website build projects require a deposit and final payment.
Work does not begin until deposit payment clears. Website will not be published or transferred until final payment is received.
If Client requests additional work outside scope, an updated quote will be provided and payment may be required before new work begins.
All Website Build Services are non-refundable.
Because website builds involve reserved time, planning, implementation, and customized work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment is submitted.
If corrections are needed, Client’s sole remedy is the Corrections Policy (below), not a refund.
Website builds include limited revision rounds based on package:
A “revision round” means the Client provides one consolidated list of changes.
Provider will not implement endless or piecemeal revisions sent daily. Consolidated revision requests protect timeline and quality.
Scope-limited correction window:
If the Client identifies a scope-related issue, Client must notify Provider in writing within 7 business days of delivery or launch.
During this window, Provider will fix reasonable scope-related errors at no additional cost.
Requests outside scope (new pages, new features, platform changes, added integrations, additional SEO, additional copywriting) require a separate quote.
To complete the project on time, Client agrees to provide:
Client agrees not to make major platform changes during the build unless communicated in advance.
Delays caused by missing content, slow approvals, or missing access may result in rescheduling.
Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business claims, service descriptions, pricing, and policies published on the website.
Provider may assist with formatting and clarity, but Client retains final responsibility for accuracy and compliance.
Website build services do not guarantee:
Search visibility depends on multiple factors outside Provider control, including competition, algorithm changes, content quality, site age, and ongoing marketing.
Provider’s obligation is limited to delivering the agreed website build professionally and as scoped.
All client projects are confidential. Provider will not share:
Provider may request permission to share anonymized proof (such as site structure screenshots or indexing confirmation). This is always optional and requires written approval.
Because services are non-refundable and delivered digitally, Client agrees to contact Provider first to resolve any billing concerns.
By submitting payment, Client acknowledges:
Provider maintains records of service delivery including intake forms, scope approvals, invoices, email communication, project files, and delivery confirmation. These records may be submitted in response to any dispute.
If Client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days, the project may be paused.
If the project is paused and Client later requests restart, Provider may reschedule based on availability.
Restart fees may apply depending on the length of delay and the amount of rework required.

These Website Build Terms are effective as of January 2026 and may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to the Client’s services.
